PTFE Adhesive Fabric Acrylic Series
Our PTFE coated glass cloth tapes are specifically designed to excel in extreme temperature conditions, including cooling chambers, freezing temperatures, and high-temperature working environments.
The incorporation of a glass fabric substrate into the tape construction enhances the inherent properties of PTFE while providing dimensional stability and exceptional durability. Additionally, the inclusion of an acrylic adhesive layer improves the initial tackiness and ease of use during application.
The PTFE coating is applied to one side of the glass fabric substrate, resulting in a tape with remarkable temperature resistance. This PTFE coated glass cloth tape is capable of withstanding high temperatures without compromising its structural integrity.
The base material of this tape consists of PTFE-impregnated glass fabric, which is further coated with an acrylic adhesive. This combination results in a tape that exhibits excellent electrical, mechanical, and chemical characteristics.
Our PTFE coated glass adhesive Tape – 0.13 mm finds applications in a wide range of electric appliances and serves as a primary insulation material. It is also utilized for chute liners, gaskets, bearing surfaces, tabletop covers, guide rails, and roll coverings. The tape’s low surface friction properties make it highly resistant to abrasion.
The PTFE coated glass tape – 0.13 mm is available with a self-adhesive layer on one side as a standard option. Additionally, we offer PTFE glass coated tapes without an adhesive layer (adhesive-free) for specific requirements.
